- When you feel like running away, let yourself feel the scare.
- Decide what you want to do.
- When you're hurt, tell the person who hurt you.
- When you want something from someone else, ask.
- When people turn you down, it usually has to do with them, and not with you.
- When you feel anxious, let yourself know that in your head.
- When someone yells at you, physically support yourself
- When you're harassing yourself, stop.
whatever that happens in future I will love my family first and then I love those who love me, especially my true friends.......
